These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PG Tracker App mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

PG Tracker App is designed to help users create and manage groups, share location with selected group members, communicate through chat, create events, and coordinate availability or participation within groups.

For users who download the app through the Apple App Store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions as well as Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If there is any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s EULA, Apple’s EULA will apply where required.

1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT USE

To use certain features of PG Tracker App, you may need to create an account or sign in using an available authentication method. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.

2. LOCATION SHARING FEATURES

PG Tracker App may include location-based features that allow users to share their location with selected groups or members. Location sharing is intended for group coordination, safety, event organization, and communication purposes.

By using location sharing features, you acknowledge and agree that:

PG Tracker App is not an emergency service, safety service, rescue service, or real-time security system. You should not rely on the app for emergency assistance, medical situations, law enforcement, navigation safety, or any critical tracking need. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services in your area.

3. GROUPS, EVENTS, CHAT & USER CONTENT

The Service may allow users to create groups, invite members, send messages, create events, answer availability polls, upload profile images, and share other information (“User Content”).

You remain responsible for the User Content you create, send, upload, or share through the Service. You agree not to post, upload, send, or distribute content that:

Group owners or administrators may have certain controls over group settings, membership, events, and content visibility. We are not responsible for disputes between group members, group owners, or other users.

The PG Tracker App offers a messaging service to enhance the user experience. However, this feature is not fully secure or private, and we advise users to avoid sharing sensitive information such as bank accounts, credit cards, etc. through the messaging service. Some features require access to device permissions such as location, notifications or storage. You can control these permissions through your device settings.

By submitting or uploading User Content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share any content you upload or send through the Service.

10. MAPS, LOCATION ACCURACY & AVAILABILITY

Location and map data may be provided by third-party mapping or device services. Location information may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable due to device settings, network conditions, GPS limitations, battery settings, operating system restrictions, or other technical factors.

We do not guarantee that location data, map data, routes, distances, timestamps, or member positions will always be accurate, current, or available.

11. PAYMENTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS & IN-APP PURCHASES

PG Tracker App may offer paid features, subscriptions, or one-time in-app purchases (“Purchases”). Purchases may provide access to additional group features, extended usage limits, premium tools, or other digital benefits.

All Purchases are processed securely through the platform where you downloaded the app or through a trusted third-party payment service provider integrated within the app.

By making a Purchase, you agree to the following:

When you make a Purchase, you authorize Apple, Google, or the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your account. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full payment card information.

Refund requests must be submitted directly to the platform used for the Purchase:

We do not guarantee that location sharing, notifications, chat, group features, event features, or subscription features will always work without delay, error, interruption, or data loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PG Tracker App and its owner, developers, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to location inaccuracies, missed notifications, unavailable services, group disputes, lost data, unauthorized account access, subscription issues, or reliance on information shown in the app.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any part of the Service at any time, including free features, paid features, group features, location sharing features, chat features, event features, or account features.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is PG Tracker App?

PG Tracker App helps groups coordinate with location sharing, group chat, events, member availability, and map-based tracking features.

How do I create or join a group?

You can create a group inside the app by tapping the large plus button. Please note that there may be a limit on how many people each user can manage, and a subscription may be required for higher limits.

You can join a group by tapping the join button in the top-right corner of the Groups page. You will need the group name and, if the group is private, the group code.

How does location sharing work?

Location sharing works only when you choose to enable it. When active, your location may be visible to onwers of the group you selected.

You can stop location sharing inside the app by tapping the dedicated button at the active gropup or by changing your device location permissions.

Why does the app ask for “Always” or background location permission?

Background location allows the app to continue sharing your location while the app is on background. This is needed for live location sharing to work properly withou keep the app on screen all the time.

You can disable this permission at any time from your device settings.

Can I use the app without location permission?

Some features may work without location permission, but live location sharing and map tracking features require location access.

Who can see my location?

Only teh onwers of the group where you actively share your location may be able to see it. You should only share your location with groups and people you trust.

How do I stop sharing my location?

You can stop location sharing from inside the app. You can also disable location permission from your device settings.

Why are notifications needed?

Notifications help you receive updates about group activity, chat messages, events, member availability, and location-sharing activity.

Why is my location not updating correctly?

Location updates may be affected by GPS signal, internet connection, battery saver mode, device settings, operating system restrictions, or location permissions.

To improve location sharing, make sure location permission is enabled, background location is allowed if needed, battery restrictions are disabled for the app, and your device has an active internet connection.

Is PG Tracker App an emergency or safety service?

No. PG Tracker App is not an emergency service, rescue service, safety service, or real-time security system. Do not rely on the app for emergency assistance, medical situations, law enforcement, navigation safety, or any critical tracking need.

In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services in your area.

How do group chats work?

Group chat allows members to communicate inside their group. Messages may be visible to other members of the relevant group or thread. Keep in mind that the app is designed so each user can send messages only to the group owner. Only the group owner can send messages to all members or to a specific member.

How do events and availability polls work?

Groups may create events and ask members to respond with their availability. This helps the group coordinate plans and see who is available.

How do subscriptions work?

If PG Tracker App offers paid plans or subscriptions, they are managed through the platform where you downloaded the app, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID, Google Play account, or the available subscription settings.

How do I request a refund?
